Our Story
I Build Business started as freelance work helping salons and service businesses fix appointment scheduling, reduce no-shows, and build custom software — one client relationship at a time. That hands-on experience became the foundation for Momentum, our AI-powered booking platform built specifically for local service businesses like salons, barbershops, coaches, and pet groomers. We're still solo-operated today, which means every client gets direct access to the person actually building the system — not a support queue.
